“Eye of the Storm” is centered around the concept of the crusaders’ sea voyage to the holy land and incorporates maritime and mythological themes. It’s also connected to the title of the Ironheart’s EP, “Outremer,” which translates to “overseas” and refers to the crusader states established in the Levant.
Written in collaboration with award-winning singer-songwriter IVEEN, “Eye of the Storm” is a powerful metaphor for finding peace and safety amidst the chaos of life’s uncontrollable situations.
